Know what you are buying before you buy. Asbestos removal is expensive. A survey is cheap and can quickly identify if an asbestos liability exist for the property.
Renovation/Demolition Surveys
NESHAP regulations under the Clean Air Act specify work practices for asbestos to be followed during demolitions and renovations of all structures.
Condominium Surveys
The U.S. EPA has determined that it is the responsibility of the condominium board or association to ensure that all rules are followed. Condominiums are regulated by the Asbestos NESHAP.
